Customer Service Representative - DACH
Role location - Zaventem, Brussels

Our three divisions, Breast and Skeletal, Diagnostics and GYN Surgical rely on our customer service teams to provide vital support across the world to our customers. Highly skilled and trained, our customer support teams are at the forefront of providing customer excellence.
As Customer Service Representative you will provide administrative support within DACH region for all Hologic products. You will help to troubleshoot and resolve issues to avoid disruption to customer orders, while contributing to continuous improvement of our processes.

Primary Duties
  • Process customer orders on Hologic’s Oracle business system for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
  • Resolve customer issues via phone and email in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Generate and analyse reports of daily operations (i.e. shipments) to proactively prevent errors.
  • Arrange deliveries to, and collections from, customer sites through 3rd party couriers and liaise with our warehouse regarding inbound and outbound activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant Hologic products, including pricing and product codes.

Key skills, attributes and experience
  • Customer Service experience in a B2B environment
  • Fluency in English and German is essential
  • Assertive attitude, enthusiastic to learn, forward thinking, open to unexpected challenges, and able to think on your feet
  • Ability to work under pressure to short deadlines, good organisational and prioritising skills
  • Knowledge of Customer Service systems and databases
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
