Your main responsibility as a Return Dossier Coordinator is doing sales administration with a focus on kitchen retail returns, service and special request.
Besides that your responsibilities are the following:
- Order input & support.
- Sales admins supply chain management (SCM) support by inputting orders in Next-ERP
- Processing mails.
- Answer phone calls of customers who require more info and follow up.
- Bring structure in Returns way of working; and track progress week after week.
- Follow up on long pending cases and react on urgent cases.
- Delegate Audio Visual Division tasks to Audio Visual Division once summary of to-dos is made.
- Take action and communicate with internal divisions and customers in order to solve issues.
- After sales/KRT service & dealer entry.
- Admin concerning after sales service; input in dealer system.
- Take the customer experience lead together with TL.
- Find asap solutions in contact with supply chain manager, sales & marketing.
