Just graduated as ‘Bachelor Office Management’ or another Bachelor where you learned the right skills to become the ideal candidate? You are welcome! Your main responsibility is to assist your colleagues with project related and/or general administrative work. In addition, you will also be responsible for handling the Secure Data Office study budgets.

Your day-to-day activities will include: 

  • Handle randomisation documents (documentation, distribution, and archiving)
  • Enter and maintain study information in the Secure Data Office tools
  • Assist in the creation, distribution, follow-up, finalization, and archival of study documents
  • Assist in status tracking of study documents
  • Perform quality controls on study documents and binders
  • Maintain and follow-up of general mailboxes
  • Communicate with external providers related to study documentation
  • Attend team meetings and write meeting minutes and/or reports
  • Participate in the validation of Secure Data Office tools
  • Assist with general team logistics
  • Support in creation of study budgets
  • Follow-up on change in scope budgets
  • Enter and maintain budget information in the Secure Data Office tools
  • Maintain and follow-up of the budget mailbox
  • Perform regular budget reconciliations and follow-up on timely invoicing
  • Follow-up on closure of projects

What do you need to be successful?

  • You have obtained a bachelor’s degree in Medical Management Assistant / Office Management or equivalent through experience
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English and have strong communication skills
  • MS office does not have secrets for you
  • You also have a passion for numbers
  • You are not afraid to reach out to different parties and take initiative to solve issues
  • You can handle multiple priorities.
