Organization national union meetings (preparing agenda with relevant stakeholders, take care of translation needs, etc.) Participation in union meetings (incl. making summary/report) Follow up on the material/topics priori the union meetings Secure a good follow up on the to-do's after the union meetings Send out communication to unions and union meetings Connect with the market coworker relations to translate the union discussions/matters on a local level Follow up on union leave requests and on other union correspondence Be a SPOC for all union requests/topics You are dedicated to contribute to a great Co-worker experienceYou enjoy working in a vibrant and changing multi-dimensional environmentYou have knowledge of Belgian legislation regarding resolving disputes between IKEA and other cooperate and civil parties;Knowledge about the rights and obligations of workers and employers in Belgium, and how to mediate the relationship between workers, employing entities, trade unions and the government;Knowledge of fair trading and consumer protection laws and how to deal with related cases;Knowledge of how to create, implement and follow up on rules and practices that ensure accountability, compliance, fairness and transparency within IKEA;Knowledge of constructive performance management and communicationYou are fluent in Dutch, French and English (preferably) If you grow, IKEA grows!
