Because you're a born salesperson you are able to sell our service + terms & conditions and convince new clients to work with us (no worries, we will teach you how to approach this) Keeping control over the processes is key in sales. At anytime you know what's happening with your clients, candidates and market Profile You are positive, energetic and motivated You are fluent in English and Dutch/French You would love to work for an international growing company Just like us you find it important to dress up for work, a suit & tie policy attracts you Offer: UNLIMITED COMMISSIONS up to 32%: within your first year, because of our exclusive commission system you can earn more than € 80 000 gross/year.
